Woman-to-Woman Scholarship

Lubbock Area Foundation

This scholarship fund was established by Mrs. Lou Diekemper in order to provide support for women who are 50 years of age or older and find themselves in need of additional education or vocational training in order to obtain employment or to make a needed change in their current employment situation. The applicant must be a South Plains resident planning to attend a South Plains college/university or vocational training program. An interview is required in order to be selected for the award.
