Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF)
Established to honor the memory of Jerry Turner and celebrate his career in broadcast journalism at WJZ-TV in Baltimore, this scholarship is designated for Maryland residents graduating with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher who plan to seek a degree in broadcast journalism from an accredited four-year college or university.
