Wisconsin Waterfowl Hunters' Conference (WWHC)

In order to be eligible for these scholarships, an applicant must be registered as an undergraduate or graduate student at a Wisconsin University, College or Vocational Technical Institute (Wisconsin residency not required) in a program that has a curriculum heavily into wetland ecology or waterfowl management or is registered as an undergraduate or graduate student at an out of state (Wisconsin residency is required in this case) University, College or Vocational Technical Institute (including Canadian schools) in a program that has a curriculum heavily into wetland ecology or waterfowl management.
