Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates of Lincoln County, Wash., schools, or from that part of Spokane County in the Reardan-Edwall School District or a direct descendant of someone previously employed by Dale D. Wilson regardless of their current residence location. Preference will be given to descendants of Dale D. Wilson’s employees and to those in the Mondovi Grange area (Reardan-Edwall and Davenport school districts). Recipients may reapply in subsequent years.
