William E. Weisel Scholarship

Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Education Foundation

This scholarship is for undergraduate students who are enrolled in an engineering or technology program in the United States or Canada. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have an overall minimum 3.0 GPA, have completed a minimum of 30 college credit hours, and be US or Canadian citizens. Preference will be given to a student seeking a career in robotics or automated systems used in manufacturing. Consideration will be given to students who intend to apply their knowledge in the sub-specialty of medical robotics.
