This scholarship is for African American students in St. Louis, Missouri, with preference being given to graduating seniors from Vashon High School. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must display evidence of strong character and ambition to succeed. Scholarship recipients may attend the accredited two- or four-year college of their choice.
