Mr. Wartmann honors his mentor, art teacher Arthur Peltz, with this scholarship that encourages students that are inspired by the arts but might not have excelled otherwise academically. Students of Oak Park and River Forest High School, active in the arts, special consideration given to students with mid-level academic performance.
