To recognize a graduating senior from LeRoy High School who may not necessarily take the highest level courses, but through perseverance and good study skills attains a Regents, Regents with Honors, or Local Diploma at graduation, and plans to continue his/her education full- or part-time at any accredited college, university, or vocational school.
