This scholarship is for residents of Lucas County, Ohio, who are adult students pursuing a certificate (occupational career or technical oriented educational training program), associate's, or bachelor's degree. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be US citizens and must have graduated from a high school in Lucas County prior to 2010 or possess a GED.
