These scholarships are for Minnesota high school seniors at a partnering high school in Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Anoka Hennepin, or the North Metro area. To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must be applying to at least one eligible college or university, have an unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher, have a composite ACT score of 19 or higher, and a family taxable income of $75,000 or less with low to moderate assets. Selection will also be based on college academic readiness, motivation, and leadership.
