This scholarship is for graduates of high schools in Scioto County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a degree in engineering. Secondary preference is given to students majoring in business. The scholarship committee considers the following factors: financial need, academic achievement, leadership potential, and community involvement.
