This scholarship is for women who are at least 35 year of age and have been residents of Massachusetts for least 12 months immediately prior to the application deadline. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must enrolled in or attending an accredited educational institution of higher learning or vocational training located in Massachusetts and demonstrate scholastic ability, leadership skills, and new career goals.
