This scholarship is for graduating students of Mead High School in Mead, Nebraska, with a permanent physical disability or students who have a parent(s) with a permanent physical disability. To apply, applicants must type a 250-word essay describing their physical disability situation and a synopsis of their high school activities and plans for their future education.
