This scholarship is for college-bound seniors of Berlin High School in Berlin, Connecticut who have participated in Berlin UpBeat in their junior and senior years. Applicants must demonstrate qualities of leadership, character, and service to school and community. Candidates are recommended by the director of the UpBeat Program.
