Vicky Howard Community Service Award

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Simi Valley and Moorpark area high schools in California, who are enrolling full-time at an accredited four-year college or university. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have been residents of Simi Valley or Moorpark for a minimum of 18 continuous months prior to application deadline. Applicants must also show outstanding dedication to the community through community service done within the area for the past 18 consecutive months.
