This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live or attend school in East Hartford, Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to enroll full-time in a four-year college/university and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must rank in the top third of their class and have participated in community service or extracurricular activities.
