Applicant must be a graduating senior within the state of Delaware; Preference is given to those residing within former Representative Carey’s 36th Legislative District, comprising areas of Ellendale, Lewes, Lincoln, Milford, Milton and Slaughter Beach, pursuing a degree or professional designation in an agriculture or education related field.
