Student must be a child or grandchild of a member of the USAA Golden Eagle Club; be a graduating high school senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA; and must have participated in extra-curricular activities in high school with importance placed on volunteer community service activities. Student must plan to attend a two-year or four-year college or university
