This scholarship is for college undergraduate students whose parent or grandparent is a W.C.A. Hospital employee. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate need and academic achievement. Applicants must be from Chautauqua or Cattaraugus Counties in New York; or Warren County, Pennsylvania.
