Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at public high schools in northwest Connecticut who have a demonstrated interest in promoting world peace through work in international relations and diplomatic service. Selection is based on academic excellence; a demonstrated interest in international issues including, but not limited to, participation in Model UN (if existing at applicant's school); progress in developing fluency in a foreign language and a desire to pursue further study; and a commitment to social betterment as demonstrated through community service or related activities.
