UNCF/Merck Undergraduate Science Research Scholarship Award

UNCF Merck Science Initiative

This scholarship is for African Americans who are enrolled full-time as juniors at any four-year US college or university. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be majoring in life science, physical science (must have completed two semesters of organic chemistry by the end of current school years), or engineering, and have a minimum 3.3 GPA. Applicants must be committed to and eligible for two summer internships at a Merck research facility. They must also be citizens or permanent residents of the United States.
