Applicants must demonstrate the motivation and desire to succeed in an educational program. Students must be attending an accredited graduate program, a two-year, four-year post-high education institution including vocational or technical school, or in a private, independent school designed to accommodate the students’ special circumstance. Preference given to orphan or indigent applicants as documented through the FAFSA.
