This scholarship is for children of current, retired, or deceased employees of the City of Tyler Police Department in Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating high school seniors or previous graduates from a public or private high school. Applicants must demonstrate excellent moral character, diligence in studies, and a desire to make a worthy contribution to the community.
