This scholarship is for graduating seniors and graduates of any Wyoming high school who are attending the University of Wyoming or an in-state junior/community college. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate financial need and plan to study art. Applicants' academic record, achievements, and participation in community and extracurricular activities will be considered.
