Applicants must be Troy High School seniors, demonstrate financial need and have earned at least a “C” average in high school. Preference will be given to students who are the first members of their family to attend college. Students with continuing financial need may reapply for this scholarship in their sophomore, junior and senior years in college. To be eligible for a scholarship the student must have maintained at least a “C” average while in college. Students would reapply directly to the Troy Lions Club.
