Persons who experience deafness or a hearing deficiency may receive an application for aid. Completed applications must be submitted to the Trust by the end of each quarter: March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st. Selection of recipients and amount of aid awarded is decided upon by the majority of the Trustees, and special consideration is given to individuals with the greatest need.
