Tom Smith Memorial Scholarship

Troy Foundation

Established in memory of Tom Smith by the Covington Optimist Club, this scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Covington High School, including those who attend Upper Valley JVS, who will be attending a two or four-year college, university or technical college. Applications may be obtained from the Covington High School guidance office.
