This scholarship is for students who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and plan to pursue vocational studies full-time. Selection will be based on financial need, commitment to career goals as demonstrated in the essay, scholastic record, extracurricular activities, work experience, leadership, and recommendations.
