This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Sidney High School in Sidney, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must live in Shelby County and plan to pursue a degree at a technical school or college/university. Selection for this scholarship will be based on financial need, academic ability, leadership, character, and recommendations.
