This scholarship is for African-American graduating seniors from Perkins High School in Sandusky, Ohio, with preference given to students residing in Searsville or Homeville areas of Perkins Township. Minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Recipients must be enrolled full time in 4-year accredited college or university.
