Thomas D. Urmston Scholarship
Blue Grass Community Foundation
The Thomas D. Urmston scholarship was established to provide scholarships to female students who are graduating high school seniors attending Harrison County High School who demonstrate significant financial need and have a cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher. Preference is given to first-generation college students. This provides an award of $3,000 that is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study.
