You are eligible to apply if: - You are Currently Residing in the United States (undocumented applicants are eligible) - You were Born On or After October 15, 2002 - You Will Begin College (four year, community college, or trade school) for the first time in the upcoming year (not including dual-enrollment courses) - You Experienced Homelessness in the Last Six Years
