The scholarship program was developed to provide funds to help a first year college attendee prepare for their first experience in higher education. The scholarship funds can/should be used for college-related expenses including but not limited to buying books, subsidizing tuition, room & board, etc. One scholarship will be awarded to a Female African-American High school senior, attending a DC or Maryland Public School, who is intending on attending a college or university in the Fall Sign Up to Start Applying
