The Foundation for Enhancing Communities

The Elaine and Robert Siegel Scholarship Fund has been established to support college-bound students from Harrisburg. This includes graduating seniors and recent graduates of Harrisburg High School, SciTech High School, Dauphin County Technical School, Susquehanna Township School District, Central Dauphin High School, and Central Dauphin East High School. Preference is given for students of the Jewish faith or students who have parents serving or who have served in the military
