The Edsel J. "Coupe" DeVille Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created by the Surfside Area Rotary Club in honor of Edsel J. “Coupe” DeVille, a retired Air Force Colonel and the co-founder of Right Flight, an organization that inspired high school students to become future pilots, engineers, and soldiers in the military. Through his work with Right Flight and the Rotary Club, DeVille’s mission was to change lives through the access of education.

Applicants must be graduating seniors from St. James High School or Socastee High School. Horry County students who have family who are members of Surfside Area Rotary Club are also eligible to apply.
