Texas Rose Festival Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating seniors and current college students from high schools in Smith County, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend a college or university in the state of Texas, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, and demonstrate financial need. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate motivation to pursue a college degree by a written essay. Preference will be given to those who have participated in the Boys and Girls Clubs of East Texas. Applicants should be available for a personal interview, if requested. Dependents of scholarship committee members are not eligible to apply.
