This scholarship is for non-traditional, full-time students either entering college for the first time, or returning to school after at least a 2-year break. Applicants must maintain satisfactory academic progress. Applicants' parents' or independent student's and spouse's adjusted gross income must be $36,000 or less on IRS tax form.
