This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Wake County, North Carolina, who have demonstrated special talents in the visual or performing arts, leadership, teaching, entrepreneurship, or creative gifts. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to enroll full-time at a two- or four-year college or university and demonstrate financial need.
