Stuart and Margaret L. Forbes Scholarship Program

Polk County Community Foundation

Stuart and Margaret L. Forbes scholarships are awarded by the Polk County Community Foundation to graduating high school seniors as well as students who take no more than one year off between high school and college. Students must be residents of Polk County and have demonstrated excellence in scholarship (top 10% of their high school class). The Stuart and Margaret L. Forbes Scholarship Program allows students to renew their scholarships each year for at total of four years provided that the student maintain a "B" average or better and is continuously enrolled and making satisfactory progress.
