Elk County Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Elk County Catholic or St. Marys Area High Schools in Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have displayed outstanding qualities including but not limited to academic achievement, leadership, community service, and athletic accomplishment.
