Steven Chavara Memorial Scholarship Fund

Steven Chavara was well-known among sport enthusiasts in Mercer County. He officiated at both high school and college volleyball matches and in 1997 was tragically taken from his family by an industrial accident. The purpose of this fund is to provide a scholarship for student athletes who participate in Volleyball programs from Farrell, Sharon, Hermitage, West Middlesex, Sharpsville, Kennedy Catholic and Brookfield, Ohio high schools.
