Applicants must be a Hoisington High School graduate who demonstrates financial need, a 3.0 GPA or greater, and be attending a trade, vocational, 2-year college or 4-year college or university. Student may attend any in-state or out-of-state accredited educational institution. This is a one-time award but students may reapply in subsequent years.
