This scholarship is for sons, daughters, and legal wards of active members of the Southwest Section of AWWA (member must have been a member for at least one full calendar year before the year of application). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must live in Arkansas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma, and be high school graduates or college undergraduates. This scholarship is intended for academic study, not trade or vocational schools.
