Sobers & Empire employees are eligible if they currently work at any corporate location or are employed by a franchisee or affiliate, and meet the following criteria: Applicant has worked without breaks in service for a minimum of six (6) months or 500 hours as of April 30th each year. Applicant must have obtained, or are in the process of obtaining, a high school diploma, or are registered as a full-time student at a Canadian college/university, with an academic achievement of 70% or above in their last semester.
