The Foundation for Enhancing Communities

This scholarship is for high school seniors and graduates from Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted for enrollment in a four-year degree-granting institution. Applicants must be in the top 20% of their graduating class and and must be able to identify their service to the school and/or community. Applicants must also have financial need.
