This scholarship is for California residents between the ages of 18 and 25. Out-of-state students who are new California residents are also eligible. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be full-time students at a two- or four-year college or university in California. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write a 500-600 word essay on a given prompt.
