This scholarship is for graduating seniors at West Plains High School in West Plains, Missouri. Selection will be based on ACT/SAT scores, class rank, work ethic, community service, and financial need as demonstrated by the FAFSA confirmation sheet containing EFC (Expected Family Contribution).
