Senator Teel Bivins Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating seniors in public or private school taking Advanced Placement/Honors curriculum from Senate District 31 in Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must major in the field of education at any Texas college/university. Applicants must exhibit leadership and community service. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA while in college.
