This scholarship is for students who live in the 46th Legislative District in Maryland. The 46th District covers South and Southeast Baltimore; it includes neighborhoods such as Canton, Federal Hill, Fells Point, Locust Point, Patterson Park, Brewer's Hill, Highlandtown, Greektown, Cherry Hill, Brooklyn, Curtis Bay, Little Italy and more. To qualify, applicants must be planning to attend or already attend a Maryland in-state college or university.
