Selby Scholarship Program

William G. and Marie Selby Foundation

This scholarship program is for residents of Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, or DeSoto County, Florida. Applicants must either be graduating seniors from any high school in those four counties OR graduating associate degree students from any state college in those four counties (SCF, Edison, or South Florida Community College). Applicants must be planning to pursue a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university on a full-time basis, demonstrate financial need, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Awards will also be based on high school transcripts, ACT or SAT scores, evidence of personal growth potential through letters of recommendation, essays, and a personal interview.
